Send the equipment back
We pick it up for free. Within 14 days of the cancellation date, or an unreturned-equipment fee applies.

The final bill
Only what you used.

Taking your number with you?
Port first, cancel second.
Ask your new provider to port the number while the line is still active; the port closes the account for you. A number on a closed account cannot be moved.
